Honestly if you don’t get all 5 questions right without even reading it you probably can’t tie your shoes and shouldn’t be allowed around the general public let alone tattoo ppl. The idea is good but just send ppl a pamphlet with the phone number with their licenses instead, it will save the 10 minutes it takes to do it.
